Last Friday, April 30 and Saturday, May 1, our foundation celebrated Children's Day in three orphanages in the city of Tijuana: "Casa Hogar Colina de Luz", "Casa Hogar La Gloria" and "Casa Hogar Belén". The theme was superheroes, and the children and young people of these foster homes enjoyed a day full of games, surprises, fun and joy after a year of not having celebrations as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The events were held in the facilities of each "Casa Hogar", and it was possible to have a different day, full of fun and good food thanks to the great support of the sponsors: Little Caesars Pizza, Café de La Flor, AND Vinyl Crafting, Menuderia Hashica , Coca Cola, Carls Junior, Happy Be Day, Forever Pizza, La Casa de las Piñatas Creativas, Shams Curiosities, Structural Innovation and Ignacio Betan Flores.

This event was prepared weeks in advance with the volunteers of the Fundación Esperanza Contigo, A. C. to make sure that more than 100 children and young people could enjoy their day the fullest, always keeping in mind the health protocols. In the afternoon, gifts were given as a result of the collect organized by the Foundation, where many godfathers and godmothers were able to participate with their donations.

We wish to extend special thanks for all the support received from volunteers and sponsors. We expect to be able to continue activities like to positively impact the lives of these children and young people, providing them with a full family experience through a comprehensive development model to contribute to the formation of citizens committed to their community.
